Telling more about telecentres and kiosks

Telecentres are considered as a solution to development problems all over the world as those have the potential to provide urgently needed access to information and communication technologies (ICTs) as well as to narrow the ‘digital divide’ in remote, and disadvantaged communities.

Telecentre projects have already been initiated in many developing countries. Many telecentres are still in the planning or pilot stage.
