 This session will cover the various practical issues of video as
 a developmental tool. The questions that arise are:
  • Where extreme poverty and hunger are a factor, is video really a practical tool? If yes, how can it help the cause?
  • How do we manage the dissemination of the content to a relevant wider audience? Is Web2.0 an answer?
  • What are the IPR issues around visual content? How can we ensure free and open content while ensuring that the rights of the individual are not violated?
