Terms of Entry
By submitting this entry, I understand that I am agreeing to the following:
- I am duly authorised to submit the entry to i4d Film Festival Secretariat.
- All materials included in the entry have been legally cleared for use.
- Should this entry be selected for exhibition at i4d Film Festival, I grant CSDMS the right to screen it at the festival; and upload it to public video websites such as Youtube for viewing and voting;
- I also understand and agree that, this entry, if selected for the festival, I grant CSDMS the right to use footage, royalty-free, for promotional purposes;
- I grant CSDMS the right to make additional royalty-free copies for the touring festivals and other non-commercial public screenings;
- I also agree that by doing so, CSDMS will not be held responsible for any copyright violation. I also agree to get the necessary clearances from the copyright holders, if any, required for the same;
- The entry submitted to CSDMS will become part of CSDMS Archive;
- I full indemnify and hold CSDMS and its partners and supporters harmless from any claims which may arise from this entry;
- To the best of my knowledge, all statements on this document are true and complete. In case the same is found to be incorrect and incomplete, the Secretariat has the right to reject the entry at any stage.
Guidelines for Submission
- Complete the on-line submission form in English.
- Incomplete submission forms or forms completed in any language other than English will not be considered.
- Filmmakers may submit up to 2 films for consideration, however, each film must be on a separate DVD, each must have a completed Entry Form
- Films can be upto 30 minutes.
- All entries must include a press kit to include (but not limited to):
- Atleast 2 production stills as a high resolution jpeg
- Biography of the director
- Synopsis of the film
- A complete list of festivals and awards you have won for the selected film and past films
- All above materials are non-returnable
- All entries in a language other than English must be subtitled or dubbed in English.
- The Film Submission Format must be on DVD.
- All shipping costs are the sender's responsibility.
- There is no entry /submission fee.
- The selection committee might re-categorise the entry as deemed fit.
- Selection decisions made by the festival committee are final
- The festival management for any reason will make no cuts or changes in any film.

Notifications:
All filmmakers will be notified via e-mail as to whether their films have been accepted.
