The
projects which are going on and on the way of implementation

as per the target groups/beneficiaries and aim. There are some
projects which aim to narrow the digital divide, through providing
informal
learning as well as IT literacy to empower the weaker sections
of the society, ultimately aiming at the
Social Development
There
are some projects which provide the relevant information to the
people
of the community who are not so literate but have the minimum
knowledge about the letters, the underprivileged section of the
society who
need to access some information on regular basis but don’t
have proper access to media etc because of financial constraints.
It is another way of bridging the gap of ‘digital divide’ through
providing some information regularly for the community, especially
underprivileged, using electronic media, rather ‘e-Learning’;
these projects have been placed under the category

are some projects where the target groups are very much specific,
the students of schools in rural areas and slums,
who need the knowledge of using computers, but don’t
get the same because of some infrastructural problems. These

School-based Curriculum. On-line learning, which is gaining
popularity day-by-day is another way of e-Learning, has been categorised
as
University Curriculum, the target group here are mainly the
students cum professionals. There are some projects which provide
the
Software
Solution, these projects have been kept under separate category.

access any project quickly, if required.
