Telecentre initiatives in Asia: Content and Services – Good Value Index
This session will highlight experiences from various countries in Asia including Indonesia, Bangladesh, India, and Philippines, Bangladesh, etc. to share the potential of developing a Good Value Index for telecentre initiatives. How do we ascertain if the telecentres are serving the purpose that they have been created for? What are the content and services combinations, that will make a telecentre programme sustain and continue to serve the clientele?

Experience sharing from practitioners, academic researchers, and development agencies will take place in this session. Presentations by authors are for 10-12 minutes each, followed by discussions.
