This session, facilitated by telecentre.org senior functionaries, will bring together experts and partners in a learning/sharing environment to identify and collate the capacity building needs/ experiences of various countries. The speed geek session will be highly participatory, and will have set of invited panelist to contribute to the concepts and identify the capacity building needs, and the emergence of the Telecentre Academy in different countries.
